Our chefs were personally trained by Kamal Mehra and Sudha Mehra. Nitin Mehra is our Executive Chef and he sets the menus for each location. He ensures that they are always inspired and spectacular, whether it's lunch or dinner. Our restaurants are full of centuries-old Indian woodcarvings, paintings, intricate tapestries, and more -- all selected personally by Kamal Mehra who had a passion for.
