Clay was very professional. He gave us great advice and options what we could do with our malfunction of the water heater. Water heater was over 10 years old and he recommended a replacement. But he also gave us the option to fix the valve problem first. But we decided to replace it. Clay fixed it on the spot and did the replacement in a short amount of time. Would highly recommend him.
Clay was the the only plumber to answer the call when my hot water heater broke just before Christmas. He made time for us at the end of the same day that I called. He installed a good quality replacement and my family can take showers!
