I emailed them over the weekend for some issues I was having with my gums and was immediately contacted back Monday morning with same day availability. They were able to squeeze me in for both an exam and a cleaning. These gals were much more thorough than the dentist I had in the past. They go into detail about what they are doing and information about dental hygiene, etc. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.
My fear of the dentist has prohibited me from getting the help I needed. At Advanced Dental Concepts Dr. Lo listened to my fears and worked to support building positive experiences. Dr. Lo and her entire staff have been friendly, kind,patient, and encouraging as I finally work toward having a healthy smile again. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Concepts and Dr. Lo to anyone looking for a fabulous dentist. they have worked together to help change my world by helping me smile and laugh openly again.
Dr. Katrina Lo and Katey and the whole staff are really TOP NOTCH!!!..... every time I go for a procedure I know I never have to worry about being uncomfortable or in pain because they really go above and beyond. They are amazing! Very welcoming and great staff. Went in Royal Oaks Country Club with my friend Nathalie and told her I had a wisdom tooth that was infected for 3 months! Dr. Lo is so wonderful and so are the staff. My adult son suffers from anxiety and trauma. Neither of us slept the night before with fear of what was going to happen at the dentist appt. Dr. Lo and the staff were warm and welcoming with no judgement and they really care. She managed to do the impossible in an hour and a half and my son really smiled for the first time in 7 years.
